When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, division, district, area, delivery address, the product you selected, quantity, and any note you add. If you provide an email address, we also save it with your order. Email is optional. We use these details only to process and deliver your order.

Sharing

We share delivery details with our courier partner only to complete delivery. We do not sell your personal information.

Operator sign in

Approved store operators can sign in to Ruvlen Admin with Google. We use the Google account identifier and verified email address to check operator access and maintain a signed session cookie. Google handles authentication on its own website. Ruvlen does not ask for or receive your Google password. Customers do not need a Google account to order.

Analytics

We may use website analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics is enabled only when configured by the site operator.
