This policy explains what information we collect when you place an order or use the Ruvlen operator workspace and how we use it.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, division, district, area, delivery address, the product you selected, quantity, and any note you add. If you provide an email address, we also save it with your order. Email is optional. We use these details only to process and deliver your order.

Sharing

We share delivery details with our courier partner only to complete delivery. We do not sell your personal information.

Operator sign in

Approved store operators can sign in to Ruvlen Admin with Google. We use the Google account identifier and verified email address to check operator access and maintain a signed session cookie. Google handles authentication on its own website. Ruvlen does not ask for or receive your Google password. Customers do not need a Google account to order.

Analytics

When enabled, Meta Pixel shares page views, product views, checkout activity, and accepted order events with Meta to measure advertising and improve ad delivery. Events include product details, quantity, merchandise value, currency, and an order reference. An accepted cash on delivery order is reported as a lead, not a completed sale.

Meta may use cookies and receive browser, device, network, and page information through its pixel. Our event code does not send your name, phone number, email, delivery address, or order notes to Meta. You can manage advertising preferences through your Meta account and cookies through your browser settings.
